Tenant Tips. How to make my application to stand out among the others
  1. Fill out the application completely and correctly.
  2. Submit verifying items with your application (copy of ID, pay stubs, references, etc).
  3. Do your research to make sure you really want the house. We have a very limited knowledge of what
    school district/ area is like. Check with the city governments for more information.
  4. If your credit/employment is weak, get a strong co-signer (someone who owns their own home and
    has good credit
  5. Letter of explanations pertaining to credit issues may help.
  6. Make sure you can afford the rent payment.
